Thank you for visiting my page. My name is Shukrullah, and I hold a PhD from The University of Western Australia. My research focuses on how people effectively create, share and integrate valuable knowledge in organisations. I am currently teaching management and HR units at The University of Western Australia. I am a member of Academy of Management and Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management. I was awarded the Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship, and UWA Safety Net Top-Up Scholarship to complete my PhD. In 2018, I served as a teaching fellow at the Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Education of The University of Western Australia. I am currently an Associate Fellow of Higher Education Academy UK (AFHEA).

At the core of what I endeavour to deliver is to apply management theories and concepts into practice. Having completed my PhD from The University of Western Australia (member of Group of 8, and among Australia's most reputable universities), I was privileged to have an industry placement with a large multinational firm in Western Australia for the entire duration of my PhD research. This valuable opportunity allowed me to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding around effective processes and key challenges that managers confront. Among these, I explored how people effectively create, share, and retain valuable knowledge and factors that facilitate or constrain these processes.

I look forward to catching up with you to discuss how I can assist you in your endeavour to grow your business.
